Terms of Use

1. About this site

TriumphGuides publishes free, unofficial game guides and reference material. We are an independent site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Re-Logic, Terraria, or any other game developer whose games appear here.

2. Use of the guides

You may read, print and share our guides for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short excerpts with a clear link back to the original page. You may not republish whole articles, scrape the site at scale, or republish our reference tables as your own — if you want to use our tables, ask first and we will usually say yes.

3. Always free

Every guide and every reference table on this site is free to read, with no membership tier, no paywall and no "premium" version. If a page ever appears to require payment to view, treat it as an error and report it to us.

4. No warranty

Game information changes with every patch. We verify our guides against a specific version and state which one, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is still accurate for your build, and we accept no liability for anything that happens if you follow a route that no longer applies. If a guide is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

5. Game content and trademarks

Game names, trademarks, logos, artwork and music are the property of their respective owners and are referenced here for identification purposes only. All original text, tables, diagrams and screenshots on this site are ours. Screenshots are taken by us from our own play sessions; we do not reproduce official promotional artwork.

6. Links to other sites

We link to official sites, wikis, patch notes and stores. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

7. Advertising

This site displays advertising. Advertisements are selected by our ad partners and are not endorsements of the products shown. Advertising has no influence on our guide content, our tier lists, or our recommendations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriumphGuides and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms, and we will change the effective date at the top of the page when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
